AI Compute Asia provides AI infrastructure consulting and technical support services. We act as an intermediary connecting clients with appropriate computing infrastructure solutions. We do not own or operate data centers directly.

3. Consultation Services

Our consulting services include:

• AI infrastructure architecture planning
• GPU computing solution recommendations
• LLM deployment technical guidance
• Ongoing technical support and advisory services

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring their use of any infrastructure complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Providing accurate project requirements and information
• Maintaining appropriate authorization for their AI projects
• Ensuring their end users comply with applicable terms of service

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Compute Asia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

6. Service Availability

We strive to ensure uninterrupted availability of our consultation and support services. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Service availability may be affected by scheduled maintenance, circumstances beyond our control, or third-party service provider issues.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
